Every time my skin needs a little TLC I always turn to Kiehl’s Creme de Corps – an all over body lotion that deserves its cult status.
I can’t count the amount of times I’ve tried body lotions which on first application seem to do the job only to find a few hours later that my dry skin has reappeared (eek!)
Kiehl’s promise that after 10 days of continued use Creme de Corps will provide a “skin texture heretofore unattainable.” That’s a pretty bold statement and I must admit I was skeptical, but it truly does work.
The texture of this body lotion is thick and creamy but in a non-greasy way and it absorbs into the skin instantly. It feels super luxurious and I like the fact that it doesn’t have any scent as I don’t like body lotions which interfere with my perfume. What’s more, it keeps my skin moisturised for days.
If you are wondering about the packaging, I was lucky to get my hands on the Craig and Karl limited edition labels. I don’t think these are available anymore unless you can find some on some online, but the product underneath is exactly the same. Kiehl’s often collaborate with artists to create unique packaging and in-store merchandising, so if you are interested in the brand watch out for this.
Either way I think this is an awesome product and it’s definitely a staple in my skin care routine.
