HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I’m afraid I’m going to have to use that age-old cliché and say….where on earth did 2016 go? I guess it doesn’t really matter because here we are in 2017 and this is the year where I am only looking forward, there’s no going backwards. I exhausted all the reflection and “could I have done things differently” in 2016 and enough of that already…onwards and upwards. Those motivational videos I keep watching on You Tube have certainly started to sink in and I’m raring to go.
Of course the health kick is important for me this year as I’m feeling majorly sluggish and I also spent lots of money on clothes I need to fit into which is enough to get me into action. I’m still sticking to posting on the blog 3 times a week for now but will probably go down to twice a week from February, this is just a little pre-warning as it’ll help me put everything into balance and ensure I don’t get burnt out.
Watch out for a giveaway this month and lots more exciting makeup and beauty posts. I’ve been revisiting my Mac eyeshadows lately, trying out the Oskia Restoration Oil and may have splurged on some high-end cream eye shadow sticks. I also desperately need to do a makeup cull so I’m sure I’ll find some hidden gems in my stash to share with you so do stay posted and I hope I can still keep you all entertained in my own unique way. In the meantime a big thanks for sticking with me and a massive welcome to all new and future readers!
